The employees are extremely helpful and attentive, and they helped with luggage. The service is very good and includes paid parking. Plus, the location is magnificent and unbeatable, just minutes from a vast pedestrianized public square. It's also in an excellent area, a short walk to all the tapas bars in and around the plaza Santa Ana and main attractions such as the botanical gardens.

We had a fantastic stay at Hostal Petite Maman. the staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location couldn't have been better, right by the charming Plaza Santa Ana with countless restaurants and bars nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed which was extremely cozy. We also appreciated the flexibility in allowing us to check in earlier and store our luggage. a wonderful experience. Cons: Nothing to complain about! 😊.
